Meet the Team

	Shaun Hughston Managing Director/Owner Shaun Hughston comes from Wollongong, NSW and has recruitment experience as a public health service manager, and in private healthcare. Shaun has recruited to and managed operations of healthcare projects at remote sites, vessels, oil rigs, mines, factories, and other sites in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and the South Pacific. Shaun holds a BA, and postgraduate business qualifications. He is the President of the Association of Medical Recruiters Australia and NZ Council.
	Leonie Shepstone Director - Senior Recruiter/Owner Leonie Shepstone comes from Jamberoo, NSW - which is a semi-rural area about 2 hours south of Sydney. Leonie worked in the health services for over fifteen years, and managed to hold together the emergency department rosters of some seven hospitals over an entire health service. Leonie is an accomplished sportsperson, representing her area in hockey and can often be seen running the steep hills of Jamberoo.
	Carol Rogers Recruitment Administrator Carol is an experienced administrator, having been employed within health services for over 30 years. Having most recently worked in a large regional hospital managing medical rosters, she has an excellent understanding of the needs of our clients and candidates.
